A student from Siberia, Elmira Abdrazakov was billed as the most beautiful rusoiaca. The jury awarded the title of Miss Russia 2013.
Elmira Abdrazakova, 18, who is a student at the Siberian Railway University in Mezhdurechensk, has won the Miss Russia 2013 beauty competition.
Fair sex representatives marched in evening dresses and swimwear. The jury was made up of local and international celebrities. And viewers have a say regarding the appointment winner.
Besides the title of the most beautiful Russian woman, Elmira Abdrazakov received $ 100,000, a car and the ability to represent Russia at the contest "Miss Universe" and "Miss World".
When asked, the 18- year- old blonde confessed that walking in heels was the most difficult part of the competition.
She said she would spend the money to help her hometown.
The finals of "Miss Russia-2013" were held in Moscow on Saturday.
